Community Futures White Horse Plains is an economic development agency that works together with the Municipalities we serve.  We represent the Municipalities of Portage la Prairie, Cartier, St. Francois Xavier, and Headingley.  We offer 2 main pillars of services to the region.  The first is Business Development where we assist entrepreneurs with business plan development, cash flow creation, advice, and training.  These services are generally free of charge.  We also have a lending program of up to $150,000 to eligible entrepreneurs for business start-up and expansion.  Our second pillar is Community Economic Development, where we assist non-profit and community organizations plan and grow into the future.  If you’re looking to start a business, need advice, or searching out funding options, contact us and we’ll help you get started.  Our office is in Elie, and you can contact us via email at info@cfwhp.ca or call us at 204-353-4200.
